Solstice's Parent Company Unveils Global Relaunch
Three years ago, Solstice joined international marketing services group St Ives, and today, we’re excited to announce a new chapter for both organizations.
St Ives has relaunched as Kin + Carta, a next-generation digital transformation business that will apply creativity, data, and technology to help the world’s largest companies invent, market, and operate new digital products and services.
The current pace of change is forcing businesses to rethink how they’re organized and the role technology plays in shaping their future. In that spirit, Kin + Carta was completely reimagined for clients in search of seamless, compelling experiences across every touchpoint.

The new organization will fuse its three specialisms — strategy, innovation, and communications — under its new organizational model called The Connective. The Connective is a global ecosystem of over 1,500 specialists across four continents, connected by culture and shared ways of working.

The Connective will allow the tribes from seven unique strategic consulting, digital innovation, and creative communications businesses to thrive, while connecting them to deliver joined transformation for clients. At launch, these tribes include strategic consultancies Pragma, Hive, and Incite; digital innovation firms TAB and Solstice; and communications agencies Edit and AmazeRealise.

The name Kin + Carta embodies what the group stands for: Kin, as in family, represents The Connective’s emphases on connection and collaboration. Carta, meaning map, underscores its mission to plot a clear path to the future.
