A family of non-corrosive flux products that can be used for aluminum alloy brazing to manufacture heat exchangers with long life at lower overall costs.
Liquid metal does not naturally wet an oxide film. With Solstice Flux you activate the surface to facilitate the wetting, spreading and flow of molten filler metal into the gap between two parts to form a brazed joint. Our fluoroaluminates feature lowest melting point and controlled particle size distribution for aluminium braze in controlled atmosphere, flame and plasma brazing. Customers benefit from improved brazing performance, stabilized brazing processes, increased manufacturing efficiency and lower costs.
