Johnathan Weatherly

Johnathan Weatherly serves as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing for Solstice Advanced Materials, where he leads global manufacturing operations and the company’s integrated supply chain organization In this role, he is responsible for optimizing performance across 16 global sites, driving operational excellence, and advancing digital and asset strategies that align with Solstice’s business objectives, ensuring safety, and efficiency throughout the company’s global production footprint. Prior to his current role, Johnathan spent two years as Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain, leading global manufacturing and supply chain operations. 

Prior to joining Solstice, Johnathan built a distinguished 23-year career at BASF, where he held a range of leadership positions across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia. Most recently, Johnathan served as Vice President of Operations for the North America Performance Materials division, overseeing production of polyols, polyurethane systems, thermoplastic polyurethane, and engineering plastics across 19 plants at 13 sites -- including BASF’s third-largest North American facility. In 2023, he also chaired the Manufacturing Community Steering Committee for North America. Earlier in his career at BASF, Johnathan held technology and operations leadership roles across the Health and Nutrition and Petrochemicals divisions, where he led major capital projects including the design and startup of a large-scale citral production complex in Malaysia, and managed production teams across a range of commodity and specialty chemical operations. 

Johnathan earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University.
