Mary Bogdan has dedicated over 35 years to advancing the spray polyurethane foam industry — championing safety, sustainability, and innovation at every stage of her career. She joined Honeywell Advanced Materials (now Solstice Advanced Materials) in 1989, and has since become one of the most respected voices in her field.

Her volunteer work and board service with the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance have gone far beyond expectations, shaping research initiatives and addressing some of the industry's most complex regulatory challenges. Mary holds more than 30 United States patents, and her contributions to blowing agent technology are present in buildings and structures around the world.
