Exclusive Technical Sessions with Dr. Hussain Bahia
Take part in an interactive technical session hosted by Hussain Bahia, Vilas Distinguished Professor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Director of the Modified Asphalt Research Center. His research focuses on pavement materials and design, particularly modified asphalt binders and mixtures.
Through focused discussions and practical insights, these sessions will explore how functionalized polymers can help improve resistance to rutting, cracking, and moisture damage while supporting more efficient and sustainable pavement construction.
To encourage meaningful discussion and interaction, attendance will be limited to eight participants per session. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Technical sessions:
- RAP fractionation, workability, and best practices
- Future opportunities in modified asphalt binders beyond traditional PMB and CRMB
- Simplifying and optimizing SMA applications using polymer technologies
