It is a global, voluntary initiative developed by the chemical industry to drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance, together with open and transparent communications with stakeholders.

Our Integrity and Compliance program includes the following elements:
- Conducting company-wide training for employees on health, safety, environmental responsibility, non-discrimination, conflicts of interest, antitrust, anti-corruption, trade controls, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in all business interactions.
- Performing thorough reviews of transactions to ensure compliance with relevant legal standards.
- Providing resources to ensure compliance with every law at every level of our business.
- Using tools to ensure orders are accepted from and shipped to permissible recipients.
- Focusing intentionally on partnering with people and business in compliance with global anti-corruption laws.
- Implementing robust integration processes to ensure newly acquired companies understand and comply with Solstice policies and procedures.
- Conducting prompt, thorough investigations of all allegations of known or suspected violations of our Code of Business Conduct, applicable law or Solstice policy.
- Enforcing a zero tolerance against any form of retaliation for making a good faith report of actual or potential misconduct.
Our employees and others should always feel comfortable coming forward to report potential violations of our Code of Business Conduct. You can make reports anonymously, but we encourage you to provide contact information so we can fully investigate any concerns. Solstice will not tolerate retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith.
