Mary Bogdan
R&D Fellow
Mary is a Research & Development Fellow located in Solstice’s global research and development facility in Buffalo, New York. She holds more than 30 United States patents, and her contributions are present around the world in the form of blowing agent technology.

Patrick Stehley
Sr. Advanced Scientist
Patrick is a Sr. Advanced R&D Scientist for Solstice. He holds a B.S. in environmental science with a minor in chemistry from Lock Haven University. Patrick started his career in October 2000 at Air Products and Chemicals. In 2005 he joined Bayer (now Covestro) working with elastomers and later would join the flexible foam raw material group performing research and technical service on polyols and Isocyanates. He joined Solstice in May 2022 in the technical sales and service group working with fluorinated blowing agents.

Stephanie Madara
Sr. Account Manager
Stephanie is a Senior Account Manager at Solstice® within the Refrigerants and Applied Solutions business. She manages global accounts, leads commercial strategy and negotiations, and partners cross-functionally to drive growth and deliver customer-focused solutions. She has also supported the advancement of the Solstice portfolio through strategic marketing and business development initiatives.
